I had this made by a local knife maker/ leather worker. it is great for throwing it in my back pack or on my belt and will work great for safety and looks good.

I recognize it instantly,Russell Nickerson did that.LOL,The man makes some great knives,learned a ton of tips from him.good stuff,I have some knife sheaths he made me and they are very well built/heavy stitching,made to last!

Yessir i do matter of fact i have some of their knives in my collection.I got one that i don't go hunting without.

I'm pretty sure you have some good knives.LOL,Did you ever learn to make any ?I think Lee made some folding knives too at one time,not positive tho,lol.

you know thats a very sad part of it. as if You know him he had a stroke a few years ago now and hes well in his 80s now. but I only have a couple knifes but nothin like I should have! I helped him make a ton of knifes candle holders and such but I never ever got any for myself I guess I was too young to know any better

Yes,I knew he had a stroke,Russell said it had been a long time since he made any knives,I do believe it was your great grandfather that got Russell interested in it .

yup he got alot of ppl makeing knifes and even other knife makers how he did stuff..I will say he was very smart man for learning the way he did. When he was in the navy he used to be a fighter in and out of the ring. (held golden gloves).when he would fight out of the ring he was punished and sent to a blacksmith to work off his time and after his time was done the black smith would let him tinker ..he told me he would make knifes and trade them for rum LOL
