I have been looking around for a nice back pack that will hold my bow along with all my gear...I am looking at badlands and eberlestock packs and seem to think the eberlestock holds the bow better and seems to be more versatile...anyone have experience with either pack ?

Take'em returned at least two badlands packs because they were defective. He gave up and I think he's getting something from Maxpedition. He also had a Mainbeam pack for a while, but sold that one too for some reason. There is one called a "bowbat" that slings over your shoulder and then when you get in your stand it wraps around the tree as a back-rest and all your gear is within reach.

I just bought one of AT it should be here next week I will be excited to see how it works...I am thinking on a badlands for the wife...what was trouble Take'em had?

stitching falling apart I think, or maybe stitched wrong. Not sure - he's back from vacation on Sunday I think if you want to check with him.

First Badlands Pursuit daypack had two holes in one of the outside pockets. It's replacement was stitched together by a cross-eyed or drunk seamstress. Both were returned to Cabela's. I'm done with Badlands products. I'm currently waiting on a Maxpedition Falcon II pack that I ordered through Dux-N-Dogs. It has lots of that molle webbing that my bow and all sorts of other stuff can be strapped to. Looks tough as nails too.
